How We Got Started

We started breeding toy poodles back in 2002, then in 2010 we started breeding first generation cavoodles.

Sydney Cavoodles is a small boutique family breeder located in Camden, South West Sydney. We are registered breeders with MDBA (Master Dog Breeders & Associates) also verified Ethical Pet Breeders Australian Registry, RightPaw and PSAA Puppy Scam Awareness and a registered business with an ABN.

We have been recognized and featured by respected publications like "Dog Breeds Expert" & "The Dogs Journal" for our breeding standards and the beautiful quality of our Cavoodle puppies.

As responsible breeders, our core values revolve around the health, appearance, and temperament of our Cavoodles. We prioritize the well-being of our dogs above all else, and each member of our breeding program undergoes comprehensive DNA testing before being considered for mating. This testing ensures we are reducing the risk of hereditary health issues and promoting healthier offspring.

We raise our puppies inside our family home. This environment allows them to bond with humans and become well-socialized, confident, and adaptable companions. We expose them to everyday household noises and activities, such as the noise of children, the sound of a vacuum cleaner, play stations, washing machines and other typical sounds, ensuring they are well-adjusted to a family setting.

Once they are old enough, our puppies are introduced to the great outdoors, where they can explore and experience new sights, sounds, and smells. This early exposure helps them develop into confident and curious little creatures, making their transition to their forever homes as smooth as possible.

We provide ongoing support and guidance to new puppy parents to ensure that our Cavoodles continue to thrive long after leaving our care.
